The Need

Cities with astounding growth; the most significant cultural change in history; the opportunity to engage our world relevantly, help to create stronger families, bless their communities with a "make a difference" attitude, and lead individuals in the adventurous journey of faith in Jesus Christ. People need churches. Families need churches. Communities need churches. God needs churches!

The Mission

Paradox’s mission begins with planting planters; discovering high level church planters who are called, equipped, and have the disposition to be successful starter of churches. Wishing to avoid the deep heartache of a failed plant and insure the best possible conditions to build a dynamic church that impacts lives for Jesus Christ; we help church planter candidates find that success by first “planting” them with five stages.

The People

There are a rare breed of pastors who are not only gifted leaders and communicators, but are also entrepreneurial. Courageous leaders called to willing take risk in order to bring the light of the gospel to a community in a dynamic way. They are excited and cannot wait to change the world for Jesus Christ.

The Result

With a high level leader, the best location, an equipped vision, and the right funding, we plant planters for sustained ministry changing lives for Jesus Christ. But the Paradox mission does not end there.

Stage 1: Invitation

We’re attracting high level church planters and prospects to our movement. And the whole process begins with a conversation, resume, and application. We want you to be best prepared to be the best planter you can be. Contact us to start the process.

Stage 2: Assessment

Our goal in assessment is not to pass or fail, but rather to discover if leading a church plant is the right place for your gifts and readiness. We utilize a variety of personality instruments, advisors, and exercises to discover your best.

Stage 3: Location Assessment

What is the best possible community to place your church plant? Utilizing the demographics and psychographics normally reserved for locating a business poised for success, we assess locations for your plant model to determine the best location for sustainable impacting ministry.

Stage 4: Strategic Planning

Solomon said, “It is not good to have zeal without knowledge or to be hasty and miss the way.” —Proverbs 19:2. We work with your vision and proposal to help create the best strategies with you to eliminate as much needless risk as possible, and create the best possible launch.

Stage 5: Fundraising

We create a matching funded system and help you create a fundraising system to fully fund your plant. The matching fund system is an investment not a grant, matching your fundraising with monies that are repaid in time from your plant’s missions giving. We also coach you on how to be the best fundraiser you can be.
